Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama told Parliament Tuesday that the government was not bound to the unilateral cease-fire declared by the LTTE.
He was responding to a question by MP Wimal Weerawansa whether the Norwegians were arriving in Colombo to convey the message about the LTTE truce declared during the SAARC summit from July 26 to August 4.
Bogollagama denied that the Norwegians were scheduled have a meeting with the government.
